Dr. Prithviraj C. Patil
MBBS, MS · More than 40 years of surgical experience
He began his professional career at Seva Nursing Home, Sangli, on 18 December 1983. In September 1988, he moved to his own setup, Malti Nursing Home, where he practised until March 2023.
Dr. Rohan Patil
MS, M.Ch (Neurosurgery) · More than 10 years of experience in neurosurgery
He provides individualized care for patients across age groups, with treatment planning shaped by the person’s condition and clinical needs. Consultations focus on explaining findings, options, likely benefits and risks so patients and families can take part in informed decisions.
Subhash Varma
Over a decade of leadership experience across leading hospitals in Mumbai, Nagpur, Kangra, Nashik, Coimbatore, and Kolhapur. He specialises in operational excellence, business growth, quality and accreditation, and healthcare technology.
He brings strong expertise in quality, compliance and technology. He has led patient safety, risk management and accreditation-readiness programmes. He has also supported HIS/EMR implementation through data migration, configuration, user training and change management.

Mr Anant Barve
Currently serving as Administrator/HR Manager at Deccan Malti Neuro & Super Speciality Hospital, with expertise in hospital administration, HR operations, recruitment, staff development, and operational efficiency.
A seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, business development, team leadership, and training.
